This occurs when you have both of the following settings in your browser.
- The “Stay signed on” option is checked on the SSO login screen.
- Setting more than 2 pages for the startup page in browser.
(Example of Chrome: Settings > On startup > Open a specific page or set of pages)
Please try one of the following solutions to resolve the issue:
- Uncheck/deselect the “Stay signed on” option on the SSO login screen.
→ You may also turn off the function in “CloudGate UNO Administrator Site > Security > Sign-on state settings > Preserve sign-on state” - Set only 1 page for the startup page.
