By default, users are able to change their CloudGate password, since sign-on passwords are designed to be managed by user themselves.
However, an admin can restrict users from changing their password by using the following settings:
■ Changing passwords from Gmail or other G Suite screens
Please prepare a page and replace the URL below.
Google Admin console > Security > Set up single sign-on (SSO) > Change password URL
The page you prepared will appear instead of the “Change Password” screen when users try to change their password through G Suite.
■ Changing passwords from User Hub
A “Change password” link will disappear from User Hub with the following setting:
CloudGate UNO Administrator Site > Security > Password change settings >
Password change link > check “Hide” and save the settings.
*Please note that the “Change password” link will still appear in the User Hub when you sign on with a CloudGate admin account.
