There are several error messages related to provisioning errors.
Here are some examples:
- Example 1:
G Suite: [badRequest (400)] [Type not supported: userKey]
Please Sign in to Google Admin console and type the user ID in the search box.
Make sure that the user ID does not exist as a group or another user’s email alias.
If the user ID already exists in Google, please delete the ID from Google and create the account again from the CloudGate UNO Administrator Site. - Example 2:
G Suite [limitExceeded(412)]
This is due to a lack of Google licenses.
Suspended Users are also each counted as 1 license. Please delete unnecessary accounts from the Google Admin console, and make sure that you have enough licenses. - Example 3:
GOOGLE: error_executing_provisioning_request (0)
This is a temporary error which appears when the request sent to Google has failed.
Please try again later. - Example 4:
Google:forbidden(403)Not Authorized to access this resource/api - Example 5:
GOOGLE: unauthorized_client (401) Client is unauthorized to retrieve access tokens using this method. - Example 6:
G Suite: [deleted_client (401)] [The OAuth client was deleted.] - Example 7:
G Suite: [invalid_grant (400)] [Invalid email or User ID]
- Please make sure that the G Suite super administrator account(*) exists in Google as a super administrator.
*What is a G Suite super administrator account? - Please check the following:
・The settings done in “OAuth setting” are unchanged on the Google side(*).
・You are able to sign on to Google Admin console and Google Developers Console using G Suite super administrator account without any agreement screen.
*If projects created in Google Developers Console are deleted, please do the OAuth setting again according the page below, and send us the necessary information.

- Please make sure that the G Suite super administrator account(*) exists in Google as a super administrator.
- Example 8:
(Delete account) Other account provisioning errors
The account might not be confirmed as a user account in Google.
Please try the following steps:- Click the User ID you want to delete in CloudGate UNO Administrator Site > Users.
- Uncheck G Suite in “Available services” and save the setting.
→ Please reopen the page and make sure G Suite is unchecked. - Delete the user account from the CloudGate UNO Administrator Site.
