Revoke keys if they have potentially been compromised, or if you have exceeded the active key limit that was configured by the CloudGate Key Manager administrator.
CAUTION:
Key revocation functionality is only available to users if configured as such by the
CloudGate Key Manager administrator. Contact your administrator if you are unable to revoke a key yourself.
To create a new key:
- Log in to CloudGate Key Manager if you are not already logged in.
- In the Dashboard, click the View available keys button.
- In the Available keys dialog, click the Revoke button next to the description of the key you want to revoke.
The key's status will change from
Active to
Revoked.
